We deliver orders using the following methods:

• Personal pickup in Hurbanovo (by prior arrangement via email: info@musiprirodne.sk or phone: +421 905 360 507) – free of charge
• Courier service – €4.40
• Slovak Post (delivery to post office / parcel office) – €4.00
• Packeta (Zásielkovňa) – delivery to pickup point or Z-BOX chosen by the customer – €3.50

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after payment is received. (Slovakia)

Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days after payment is received. (EÚ)

In exceptional cases (e.g. holidays or illness), we reserve the right to extend delivery times. Customers will always be informed in advance.

Additional Information

• An electronic invoice is sent with every order – it also serves as a delivery note and proof for complaints.
• The buyer is responsible for accepting the delivery within the agreed timeframe.
• The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for undelivered parcels due to non-collection.
