We process personal data for the purpose of:

  • order processing (conclusion and fulfillment of the contract),
  • communication with customers (answers to questions, complaints, withdrawal from the contract),
  • bookkeeping and compliance with legal obligations (e.g. tax documents),

  • operation of the user account (if created).

The processing of personal data is based on:

  • performance of the contract (order),
  • fulfillment of legal obligations (accounting),

We process the following categories of data:

  • delivery companies (Slovak Post, courier services, Zásielkovňa),
  • to an accountant or accounting firm,
  • web hosting and IT service provider,
  • or other entities if required by law.

We have concluded contracts with third parties for the processing of personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

6. Retention period of personal data

We store personal data:

  • during the duration of the contractual relationship and 10 years after its termination (for accounting purposes),
  • for the duration of the consent or until its withdrawal (in the case of marketing),
  • in the case of registration – during the activity of the user account.

7. Rights of the data subject

The buyer has the right:

  • to access your personal data,
  • to correct inaccurate data,
  • to delete ("forget"),
  • to restrict processing,
  • on data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection ( www.dataprotection.gov.sk ) if he believes that his rights have been violated.

We value your privacy and have taken technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure.
