General terms and conditions

1. Introductory provisions

These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the company:

(hereinafter referred to as the "Seller")
and customers (hereinafter referred to as "buyers") when purchasing goods through the seller's e-shop.

2. Order and conclusion of the purchase contract

The buyer orders the goods through the online store. After sending the order, the buyer will receive confirmation of its receipt by e-mail. The purchase contract is concluded at the moment of confirmation of the order by the seller.

The seller reserves the right to cancel the order if, for technical reasons, it is not possible to ensure its fulfillment (e.g., shortage of goods, incorrect price), it is not possible to contact the buyer, and payment for the goods has not been made within 7 days of sending the order.

3. Price of goods and payment terms

All prices are in euros. The seller is not a VAT payer, therefore the prices are final.
The buyer can pay the price:

  • by card payment online,
  • cash on delivery

In the case of cash on delivery, a fee of €1.20 will be added to the amount. In the case of payment by card, the goods will be shipped after the payment is credited to the seller's account.

4. Delivery terms

The seller delivers the goods via:

  • by personal collection upon agreement - free of charge,
  • courier service - €4.00,
  • Slovak Post - €4.00,
  • Parcel service (Packeta) – delivery to a delivery point or Z-BOX at the buyer's choice – €3.50.
The delivery time is usually 2-5 business days from the date of receipt of payment, in rare cases (holiday, illness, etc.) the seller reserves the right to change, of which the buyer will be informed.
Shipping charges are listed when placing an order. The buyer can choose the delivery method that suits them best.
An invoice is sent electronically together with the goods, which also serves as a delivery note and warranty certificate. The buyer is obliged to take over the goods properly and on time from the seller or a person authorized by him. The invoice is sent to the email address specified by the buyer in the order.

The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery person or goods not received by the buyer.

5. Withdrawal from the contract

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

The goods must be returned undamaged, unused, in the original packaging. The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods. After receiving and checking the goods, the seller will refund the amount within 7 days in the same way as the payment was received.

Custom-made goods and cosmetic products whose protective packaging has been broken after delivery cannot be returned (in accordance with Section 7(6) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll.).

6. Complaints

The buyer has the right to make a complaint about the goods if they are delivered defective, damaged or do not correspond to the order. The complaint must be made without undue delay, but no later than 24 months from the receipt of the goods.

The buyer contacts the seller by email with a brief description of the defect and a photo. Upon agreement, the goods can be returned to the seller's address.

The complaint will be processed within 30 days of its submission.

7. Protection of personal data

The Seller processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation (in particular GDPR and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data). The data is used exclusively to process the order and will not be provided to third parties, with the exception of contractual carriers.

8. Dispute resolution and alternative dispute resolution

The buyer - consumer has the right to contact the seller with a request for redress if he is not satisfied with the way the seller handled his complaint, or if he believes that the seller has violated his consumer rights.

If the seller responds negatively to this request or does not respond to it within 30 days from the date of its sending, the consumer has the right to file a proposal to initiate alternative dispute resolution (ARD) pursuant to Act No. 391/2015 Coll.

9. Final provisions

These terms and conditions come into force on 27.05.2025.
The seller reserves the right to change them, and the current version will always be available on the e-shop website.

Relationships not regulated by these terms and conditions are governed by the relevant provisions of Act No. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code and other generally binding legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
