Refund policy
Goods purchased in the online store www.musiprirodne.sk can be returned without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order, in accordance with Section 7 of Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on Consumer Protection in Distance Selling.
Conditions for returning goods:
- The goods must be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging .
- The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer .
- After receiving and checking the returned goods, the amount will be refunded within 14 days in the same way as the payment was received.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
For hygiene reasons , it is not possible to return cosmetic products whose protective packaging was broken after delivery or which were used, in accordance with Section 7, paragraph 6, letter e) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll.
How to apply for a refund
If you wish to withdraw from the contract:
- Write us an e-mail at: info@musiprirodne.sk
- Please include in the message:
- order number,
- your name and address,
- information that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
We will then provide you with further instructions for returning the goods.
